是英文面试吗，俺用英文提醒点~~

At first, tell your interviewers that you do recognize that jerks exist everywhere. This shows them that you’d like to face reality. You are mature, not some naïve new graduate kid wearing rose-coloured glasses.

Secondly, show them your attitude towards jerks at work: stay calm and sane and never let anger get the best of you when you have to confront them. The only thing jerks good at is to blame others when things go wrong since they can do no wrong. In this scenario, all you need to do is to state your side of story calmly and thoroughly. Your boss if not crazy will make the right judgement. Chances are, the more often they blame you, the more they themselves are actually at fault. It is stupid to get into a heated argument with impossible people. Don’t fight with shit. Even if you win eventually, you’ve stunk already.

Thirdly, make that clear that you won’t under any circumstances, join them in bashing, blaming or complaining and you won’t bad talk to their face or to anyone else because then you are sinking down to their level.

Last but not the least, sell yourself to your prospective employer that you are a possible person with patience, tolerance and humility. And you will handle work and interpersonal relationship with professionalism.
