You present yourself as someone
- hate pressure
- look for easy way out
- work for industry to stop worrying about money

These are not thoughts of a winner.

Instead, you need to emphasize your passion about your field of research, your confidence of your ability and direction, and your persistence to work hard in a field for many years to see world-changing results coming out of your research.
If you don't believe in yourself, how can you convince the guy who will interview you?
