拒掉的OFFER还能再得到吗

我年初在A单位面试，得到一个OFFER，同时B单位面试，得到一个OFFER.
因为B单位TITLE 高一些，工资多两万，我去了B单位。
现在B单位觉得工作不顺利，因为文化原因， 而且B单位的核心队伍脱离B单位,我担心B单位会裁员。
我发现A单位还在招我原来应聘的岗位，我能去应聘吗？
