关于academic转pharmaceutical company 的问题

国内本科学医的，来美后因为是学医的，就用MD干了4年博后，3年junior faculty，现在想进 pharmaceutical companies干scientist 的职位，想着俺们实际也只有本科学位，就用BS申请好多，可一个也没回音。上来想请教各位大侠，是不是在academic转industry特别难呀？进公司一定要内部人引荐吗？有没有自己上网申请就拿到offer的呀？是不是简历上有博后，和faculty的经历， 现在又说BS，HR感觉简历不可信呀？
还有申请company工作的resume要加publication list 吗？本人还是有很不错的publication的，感觉不写有点亏。
