朋友被人冤枉学历作假，HR直接发通知全公司说他辞职了，怎么办

他是加州大学某著名分校的PHD，货真价实的PHD。HR一个人说去加州大学研究生院调查了背景，说他没有毕业，然后HR直接发信至全公司mail list，说他主动辞职了。

他去找CEO及HR理论，他博士毕业，怎么查都是毕业了啊，导师系主任都还在啊，并曾就职于其他著名同业机构，回馈是简历作假，让你自动辞职还发了3个月薪水就不错了。
