大家多久得到Promotion

大家多久得到Promotion?是老板主动给你还是必须你去找老板要?

我在金融公司,公司的级别大致是Non-Exempt -> Officer -> Analyst ->Associate -> AVP -> VP -> Senior VP -> Director ->MD. 原先以为只要等老板通知就行,哪知几年都没消息.今年主动找老板谈了,才感觉比我想象的难多了,不仅要主动提,而且还要斗智斗勇,跟谈生意差不多.不知道大家经验如何?一般几年时间?公司类别? Title 什么级别?
