I can hold your hands for a while, but after a while, especially when it comes to repeated and similar projects, don't let me babysit you by telling you the same thing over and over. Don't repeat the same mistakes over and over.

For me, I have to micromanage some people. For other professionals, however, I am completely fine if I don't even see them in a week. 他们办事我放心。In this sense, they earn their trust with me.
