浮出水面 －

来美国快20年了，在职场上经历了比较顺利的几次过渡。 从做科研，到下海加入IT淘金，再变成销售，管理和运营， 基本上都尝试过。文学城上偶尔来逛逛，只是潜水。现在职场比较复杂，看到年轻的弟弟妹妹们有各种各样的问题，作为过来人，希望我能尽我微薄之力，提供一些参考意见。
