如何选择offer

上周拿到两个offer.

一个是新成立的药物销售公司(2009年10月成立), 上个月得到一批风险投资,公司给10000option, 年薪75000,bonus: 不超过工资 10% .职位: 数据部门经理

一个: Provinece helath ,工资65000. 决策数据分析

不知到选那个.
