If you are very hands off, 白女. She probably has her own opinion on a lot of things, due to her experience.--not necessarily depends on her role before.

男中 is fresh out of college, will work hard, will listen to you, and can be mold into whatever you like.-- the reference kinda gives you a hint that this guy may not have expereince but could have lots of ego since he believes he is smart and technical savvy.
