share another story in the same line

One of my associates has this particular skill set that is very rare in the market. So he thought this would be his meal ticket. Over the past 2 years, I have been asking him to teach another person who can easily pick up this skill, just need some instruction at the beginning. He used all kinds of excuses not to do this. Well, when lay-off came, this meal ticket did not save him.
