My observation about 孙悟空: smart, hard worker but not loyal, always step over your head. My 孙悟空 is very reliable in term of work. I can not survive without her. Without her, I would be here to do all those works myself because the other 2 -3 (same level as her) people have no clue or very disorganized (like ZhuBaJIe). On the other side, she is not reliable as a person and always went over my head to go to my boss or my other bosses while I am not around. I don't know what I am going to do with her and I don;t think I can do anything on her now. The loyal people need too much work and some are not even trainable.
