I often find that people use "learning curve" differently than my understanding of "learning curve". According to my understanding, learning curve is a curve reflecting the relationship of cumulative knowledge (of a specific subject) and elapse of time.

Based on my understanding, everyone is on learning curve, with different stages, as long as one is learning the subject.
