在大公司里，你的supervisor是否有可能看到你的e-mail?

有哪位大牛能否告诉我，在大公司里，你的supervisor或更高的领导是否有可能看到你的e-mail？

俺公司的头把俺当枪使去对付另一城市的公司的头(同属一大公司)。跟对方公司头工作过一段时间，想发e-mail解释一下，不知俺的supervisor是否会看到俺的e-mail?
