要多少工资合适？

目前我是在一家非盈利的healthcare作会计，地点是小城，工资是$46,000.00，现在面试的这家公司是legal service company，专办集体诉讼案件的，员工100-200人，在旧金山附近的城市，比我现在的单位要大些。职位是Senior Accountant，基本上确定要我了，他们发来各种表格让我填，其中是Desired salary，我想要＄58，000， 但是老公想让我要＄60，000，说他们如果不想给＄60000，就可能给＄58，000。 但我考虑到我现在的工资也不高，一下就要这么多，涨幅这么大，不太好。我是MS in ACCOUNTING， 5年工作经验。

请教各位，特别是Accountin/Finance的朋友，你们感觉要多少适中？
