急求帮助，周五webinternerview with VP

已经过了两轮 phone interviews with direct manager and his boss. 通知周五web interview （what a way to cut cost!) 以前没有经历过,请教各位高手如果有这方面的经验，能否能说说需注意什么呢？好处是不用为裙子，鞋子的搭配费脑筋了，但是觉的整个脸放大到屏幕上，等于大眼瞪小眼，很恐怖的说 , 心里很没底.

还有问题就是如何准备, 因为第二轮时问题又多又specific, 感觉能问的他们都问了，不知一般VP (300 人的公司）都会问什么呀？职位是marketing.
