LOL:小公司会举一反三的 大公司的都不善于自己思考

This is mainly due to the project in small company much simpler than the project in large company. Therefore, no one in large company can brag he knows a lot.

In our company, more than 10 thousands software engineers working on one set of codes ( sharing on several platforms ). I have to ask for help from time to time even I have worked for 5 years.
