如何negotiate薪水

去面试时被告知的薪水标准(根据我的经验)比总部HR offer的低了2万,问了HR这个职位的salay rang,offer 的工资属于中等偏低,我可以在offer salay 的基础上再加上一万吗?

另外一年2周的vacation是不是少
第一次找工作,经验少,请大家帮忙看看
