Help for salary negotiate and thanks a lot for your help

Hi, I received an offer with a salary in 80k (in ME) but my current salary is 95k in CA. I wan to get a higher salary. Could you help me to see if the email below is ok for the negotiation? I really want to join the new company but I want to get a higher salary (I think 85k is acceptable for me):

Thank you very much for your time to assess an offer for me. I really appreciate your effort. For your information, the appraisal value of my condo is around $570K from zillow.com. Regarding the salary, the range of eighty is much lower than what I thought. I understand that the cost of living is lower in Maine and there is some relocation cost from CA to Maine. On the other hand, I also think I will be capable to contribute to the company from my broad background and extensive experience I bring to the job.
