关于CONTRACT JOB的合同期

有个CONTRACT JOB, 被雇佣的公司派到客户处干活, 为期六月, 可能有机会转PERMENENT. 请问, 如果我在这六个月的合同期内找到了其他工作, 可以退出这个被雇佣的公司吗? 那样客户处的活怎么办呢?

没找过CONTRACT JOB, 不知道一般是怎么规定的.

有卡, 这种情况下, 找CONTRACT JOB 或者PERMENENT JOB有什么本质不同吗? 也有MEDIACL INSURANCE AND 401K, 我应该注意那些方面? 多谢.
