I had an onsite interview almost 3 and half weeks ago. As I did not hear anything from them, I wrote an email to the HR to check my status around the end of 2 wks later. Now, I got a short email back from HR.

He wrote a brief email " ..We have been interviewing numerous candidates, and the teams had to get together to compare and contrast and decide on next steps.

I can update you, but was unable to reach you on your cell.

Can you call me tomorrow?"

Do anybody know what my chance to get the offer here? Very nervous...
