求助关于interview seminar, 第一次.

要招人的 head 要求做一seminar: "your onsite interview will consist of a 30-40 min presentation to chemists and some other senior people from other divisions. It is usually followed by a question period. Keep the talk heavy with synthesis." 也要求 "You want to tell a story. (shows communication skills) You want to show synthesis (shows ability as a synthetic chemist) You want to be able to answer questions (shows thinking on your feet, for both chemistry questions and general questions)"

这像要做一个scientific 的seminar. 我就准备了我 postdoc的工作.

但今天我收到HR的伊妹儿, 要求却是:"The interview panel has requested that you prepare a 30 min open seminar to highlight your scientific achievements and what you could contribute to CDRD. This will be followed by a closed interview session with the interview panel."
这个更像把我所有工作都讲一下.应该把我的PhD 和 psotdoc 的都讲一下, 像扩展的简历.

我究竟该怎么做? 请达人指点!
