请教高手- 感觉很糟糕

昨天总部HR director 要我给他我公司的General Manager 和Financ manager （myself）的工资和福利summary， 说是he is working with one of the recruitment company to do job evaluation for some of our positions, he needs those info for benchmarking those positions and then present it to the company chairman and board. We have fired staff before but never have Corporate HR involved, and financial wise we are a recession proof company!

!!!!! 我直觉的反应很糟糕！！， 感觉我也许会丢掉我的工作！！ 请各位帮我分析一下
