国企 v 外企

拿了两个国内的offer，一个大型国企，一个外企，都是负责一个部门，工资国企给得多点，再另加搬家费和送小孩上国际学校，外企没有。国企肯定干起来没白没黑，另外有些担心国企的文化；外企可能比较有规律。大家有何高见？请不吝分享。谢了。
