Please help me for application question,

I am an analytical scientist, however the position I am going to apply needs to travel and work in South East Asia. This is the question I have to fill out application.
how would you describe yourself in terms of your ability to develop rapport and to implement changes that aren't always welcomed immediately?
Answer: I had a few times to visit South East Asia including Thailand, Cambodia, Vet name. I respect and embrace different culture. Before I visited a country I have never been, I used to search information about its culture, history, architecture. When I met new friends or local people, tried to talk with them their city, culture, history etc..
Is it ok? please give me some suggestion. Thanks brothers and sisters.
