请问，在你拿了正常的maximum 26周 UI benefits以后

，需要特别申请UI extension,file additional paperwork 吗？where to get the paperwork forms?

我几个月前失业，那时，EDD批准信上写我最多能拿26周*450=11，700的benefits,现在快半年快拿完maximum 26周。但是，现在听说都有extension延到一年甚至2年的，那，我需要向EDD要求吗？要特别申请手续吗？还是EDD会主动给UI benefits？
