请教resume的问题

我在一个中小公司A工作挺长时间的，后来离开了。但4个月后这家公司被一家大公
司B买了。那我写resume时是写A的名字还是B的名字？写大公司名字固然好，可四年
前确实不在那家公司呀，以后background check会有问题吗？
