Experience with Savvion BPM 6.8, 7.0 or 7.5 - Savvion BPM Studio
Must have practical experience with Savvion BPM's Business Manager.

JSP/Servlets
Working knowledge of SQL * Need to write select, update, and insert queries. Don*t need to be a DBA)
Ability to take the initiative and solve problems

Desired Skills:

BPM experience of 3 years
Business Process Modeling (BPMN)
Business Process Management
WebSphere 6.x
DB2 9.0 or Oracle 10g DB
Web 2.0 UI components (YUI, GWT, DOJO, Scriptaculous, AJAX stuff etc. . )

A good sense of how to design a User Interface (Web Forms)
Familiarity with Agile Development Practices

Job Duties:

Assist in the design of Business Process models and development of BPM applications
Implement Business Processes and Application using BPM - Savvion Business Manager
Create Savvion BizSolo and BizLogic Applications to include workflows, adapters, and work forms
Coach other team members on project implementation issues
