PMP Certification

请问有考过Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 的过来人吗？我做PM快5年了，近来想跳槽，看到不少相关的opening 都要求这个。能分享一下经验吗？PMI 自己说It is an extremely difficult exam and more than half who take the exam by preparing on their own fail the first attempt. 真有那么邪乎？
