don't chicken off from this job.... just treat it as a live training on :

how to deal with difficult people

how to keep a good mode even boss pissing at you

how to survive in untolerable condition

then you will become "superman" (J/K)

always tell you this, " other place will be just as bad as this unless I change my situation by myself". if you need to fight, then fight it out.
