读easy.spin一文，在想面试时怎么选老板？

有些面试时没看出来，后来工作几个月就发觉

1. incompetent - 有些老板/directors只是manage special projects, people and budget, 对行业生疏，部门没有方向，进去作完一个项目就要自己找路

2. 搞不定他周围的人，部门角色没有定位，其他部门当然不理我这没娘的孩子。到头来要自己找路。
