要不要去跟老板对证

实验室里有一西裔女,工作不怎么样,但喜欢贬低别人抬高自己,"I'M VERY SMART"是她常挂在嘴边的话.最近有一天,她说老板对她说,象她这么SMART,英文又是她的母语,一定会比我容易申请到FUND(这个我承认,因为很多FUND非绿卡非公民还不能申请,首先她的机会就比我多).但下面这句话就是胡说了----不是她就是我老板胡说.她说老板说我从上一个工作转到这来,就是因为我在那边拿不到FUND.我真的很生气,因为我在上一个部门工作才一年,根本没有得到机会去申请什么FUND.这个西女挺会撒谎的.我要不要去老板那里对证一下?
