I have been searching for a while and got some pretty good leads but end up with nothing so far.
The problem is that we will end up talking about how and why and most likely, big boss is the one making the decision for this just as he is the one making all other decisions in this group. then I may have to go to him for this "thank you". But just had a big argument with him a couple of weeks ago, to the point I almost quit on spot. that is very awkward ...
