是自己走人还是等着be fired?

不知什末时侯得罪了老板，近两周来老板不断找麻繁，感到已经待不下去了。在这种情况下，是自己走人还是等着be fired? 无论那种情况发生，是不是都不能拿失业救济基？谢谢！
