It looks like you can not resolve this issue with the white lady. Then you have to set up the meeting with your manager, her manager and her to make your case. If the manager doesn't listen your suggestions, just follow what they tell you to do. But always write a follow-up e-mail so that you will have a record in the future. If the company doesn't care, why should you care? You already try your best.
