被老板耍了一把，这么办？

上周五和老板私下谈了对同事的一些意见，问他的想法，他说他完全同意我，让我今天在会上说。今天我说了，他突然处处指责我，反对我，支持对方。我尴尬极了。到底是不是故意给我下套？我该怎么办？
