1.2 -- 我的确是这样做的，可是我现任老板经常跟我谈的时候是一个说法，跟A谈的时候又compromise了。我感觉B对我们做或者不做是一种无所谓的态度。
If B says to do it, then you should do it. Make sure he knows that in order to do A's requests, you need to push back some other tasks. Let him prioritize your tasks.

3. -- 觉得是不太可能和A谈了。怎么谈？说他因为我换组故意给我穿小鞋？

No, simply tell him "Please don't yell at me" when he's doing it.
