拿到一个在上海工作的offer

年薪90万RMB，
健康，人身保险，
住房补贴（简单点住基本上够了），
年终分红工资10-20%（无保证），
每年两次探亲假（共三周），报销来回机票。
其它假期按国内公共假期休。
可以选择签两年合同，也可以不签。

本人情况：
IT专业，几个月前突然失业。刚找到的新工作上班不到一个月。这个机会是当时四处出击时联系的，offer来得比较晚。
照目前汇率算，国内的offer比现有工作pay要好不少，职位较高，专业上也更能发挥所长。不足之处在于有家庭分开的问题（子女强烈反对回中国上学），两边生活开销会增加，没有401K match。
