做了12年的软件，发现合适的工作还是少，怎么办？

我做的特别杂，device driver, RAID, ethernet, boot loader ...但没有一样是完全的专长。
因为运气差，最近6年，都是不到2年就被迫离开。

现在找工作，很多是要6年左右经验的,而且条条款款列了1大堆。

大家有什么高见吧？
