How do you think of these two flaws?

In a job interview the interviewers are likely to ask "What are your greatest flaws" or something like that.

As an IT guy, I have two flaws:

1. I often give too much background knowledge when describing something to other people.

2. I over-pronounce every single word when speaking to other people (given the fact that my English pronunciation is pretty close to perfection).

How do you think of these two flaws? Are they valid? Are they good answers to the interviewers question?
