I am a programmer.2 months ago I switched to the current team. But the team involves lots of production support and QA stuff. I prefer programming instead of production support and QA which drive me nuts.I don't want to work in the current team.
But I don't know how to tell my manager in a proper way. Now I begin to look for a new position. Just in case.
Thanks in advance for your advice.
how to tell my manager
