Annual review 里我这样写行吗？

"at this non-senior position, I think my overall performance should have exceeded expectations."

背景：当时加入公司时希望是senior职位，但是公司表示不可能。考虑到经济不好我想先干着再看。现在我自我感觉在目前职位上做得很好，也希望趁机和上级提一下升职的可能，毕竟公司盈利不错，我的qualification和经验也够。所以在performance review里这么说，希望能引出这个议题和上级讨论。大家认为怎么样？谢谢。
