在家呆了3年，还能找到工作吗？

因为带宝宝，在家呆了3年，投出简历没人理，怎么办哪？ 要不要编一个工作？
如果去面试，怎么解释？如果就说在家带孩子，人家是不是不会要我呀？ 请大家给出出主意，谢谢。
