找工作的问题：

和一个hiring manager phone interview talk的不错， 当场让俺下星期去on site。 届果等了三个星期也没了回音。 俺以为没戏了。 俺在那个公司有个referal， 透过referal又有一hiring manager见到俺间历， 主动连系， 鼓力俺申请他的position。俺禁不住诱惑就干了。
结果第一个不高兴了， 透过referal来说俺和她还没完呢， 俺这么申请要和她说。

请问高手们， 如何不得罪这两个ptential的老板， 弄到一个工做呢？ 两个position都挺好， 但我能也只能做一个。只要make sure有一头就好了。
