龙少爷说的对

我昨天interview的公司是不好。今天中午接到recruitor的电话，说面试完我，他们又interview了另一个人。我们两个水平太接近。hiring manager 有点后悔给我offer too early。他拿不定主义要谁，最后决定同时雇佣我们两个as contractor to hire instead。They pay me fulltime perm rate which much lower than real contractor。等以后他们再有一个opening再把我们两个转成fulltime perm。这本来就是fulltime perm position。 我听了很不高兴，当时就回了recruitor 说我不去干contractor base on that rate。不管怎样也是长经验。
这已经是我近两周遭遇的第三次二选一。第一次可能是对手太强，第二次是个大公司，对手曾经被同一公司， 同一 team laid off。最后HR 的回答是：＂you technically qualified， but the other guy had experience working with the team ...＂
我最近是不是很不lucky？很郁闷...
