我很想resign，请大家帮我参考。

我们老板正式在我们组宣布了要开始寻找Out source pakage。会后，他怕我撂挑子，他告诉我不着急。我至少还可以呆一年。可对我来说，我一天也不想呆了。我做为J2EE deverloper with Computer Science MS Degree在他那里呆了4年。完成了Senior developer 不能完成的项目。他还是不给我提成Senior title。我再呆一年有什么意义？

我想选择两种方式之一：
1。resign becaue family moving（moving is not true）
2。回中国vacation后不回来，交一resign letter。
