to get acquaintance with this 巴基斯坦大胖子, who is doing great in your company....
do his work is as same as do your boss's work. no difference. you can't change the company and you can't be a hero (j/k). so if I were you, I would take the chance to get alonge with this guy really well, and ask him sincerely how to advance in this company... maybe he can help you in some regard.
As long as this 巴基斯坦大胖子 says nice things in front of your boss or your boss's boss, you are doing a great job.
you are wasting a great opportunity...
