也唠叨一下美国就业市场

唉，纵横江湖几十年了，天从来没这么黑过，乌云密布啊！

本来就算不上景气，金融危机一来就是雪上加霜了。大公司伤亡数以千计，小公司不是伤亡过半，就是全军覆没。活干不过来怎么办？那也得干，想要人，CEO说我来给你帮忙怎么样? 呵呵. 最后决定外包,就是不hire

最坏的日子应该快到头了,但是就业市场何时复苏很难预测.一定要等到公司有稳定的盈利前景.

本来不想说这些,但飘飘侠的推论有些误导,所以唠叨两句

1 现在收简历,以百计,很多open就不公开了
2 公司不愁没人,不加薪了
3 公司可不搞民主投票,找谁基本上老板说了算
