Please help! 485 pending vs. Tarp company

Friends,

Currently my 485 is pending. I applied for a position at a TARP company (Bank that received Government funds). Is there any body here ever got a job at the big banks with 485 pending? Will my status be limited by TARP requirement? Thank you for your help!Please give me some supporting evidents.
