要不要搬

现在西南部（德州），有一个加州的offer,工资比现在高30%。大家觉的值不值的搬。其他情况，本来就打算卖（换）房子，offer可以帮助卖房。再是觉得加州发展空间大。但是房子太旧和孩子教育也是个问题。大家觉得呢？
